Santa Cristina d'Aro, area of the Church. Architectural style house, designed by the renowned architect Esteva Bonell. It is characterized by the simplicity of its design but with elements that make it a unique house such as its large windows in the dining room area that make the most of the light together with the space in the upper part of the room. The other element is the body next to the house for the work area. The buildings formed by the cubes form a set but maintain the individuality of both. The main house is distributed on the main floor consisting of a living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms, a full bathroom and an additional living room or rest area. In the basement there is a large storage room. The 30 m2 studio building has a work area and a mezzanine. The house is built on a 2,000 m2 plot.
